How does SocialNow know my products and brand?

During setup you share your website, describe your business by voice or text, or upload a brochure or menu. SocialNow reads your products, customers, offers, contact details, logo, colours and style. You can edit everything on the Business page and refresh it from your website at any time.

Will the posts look generic or AI-made?

No. Posts use your real product names, offers, logo and brand colours. Generic AI phrases are blocked, images only show text you approved, and you review every post before it is scheduled.

How does comment-to-lead work?

You choose a keyword for a campaign, for example GLOW. Posts end with “Comment GLOW and we’ll DM you …”. Anyone who comments it gets your offer privately, is asked for their name and phone or email, and appears in your Leads list.

How are hashtags chosen?

Each post gets a focused set: one high-search industry tag, niche tags where buyers browse, your brand tag and a local tag when it fits. Spam tags are removed and each platform’s limit is respected (Instagram allows at most 5).

Does SocialNow post automatically at scheduled times?

Yes. Approved posts publish automatically at the times you set, and likes and comments sync back to your dashboard.

Credits pay for AI writing and images. Planning a campaign is free; a post with an AI image uses about 10 credits. Publishing, auto-replies and lead capture use no credits. New accounts get 100 credits to try it.
